Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel through the billing portal and you keep access until the end of your paid year. No pro-rating, no surprises.
Are my events automatically featured?
Yes. All events from active Community and Business subscribers are featured automatically, no extra step or charge. Featured events appear at the top of the calendar.
What's the featured-slot cap?
Featured slots are limited (6 on the homepage, 3 per category). Both Community and Business subscribers fill these slots on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do I need to verify I'm a Michigan business?
No. Self-select the plan that fits. We trust you to pick the right tier.
What does "featured on town or category pages" mean?
Paid subscribers can have their name and link listed on relevant town or category pages. Community plan subscribers can choose 1 town page. Business plan subscribers can choose up to 2 town or category pages. For example, a Petoskey brewery could appear on the Petoskey events page and the Live Music category page.
What is the homepage featured organizer?
Business subscribers appear in a Featured Organizer block on the homepage, showing your name, a short bio from your profile, and your soonest upcoming event. It updates automatically as your events change. No setup needed.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards accepted. Secure checkout handled by our payment processor. No card info touches our servers.
